CREATIVE OFFICES

Each office includes high-speed internet, 24/7 access, and shared use of all common areas — so you’ve got a private place to think and a community to bounce ideas off when inspiration hits.
STUDIO SPACES
The Studio23 content studio is your “plug in and roll” zone — perfect for photography, livestreams, interviews, podcasting, and product shoots. The room features acoustic treatment, lighting options, a seamless backdrop, and a flexible layout that adapts to almost anything you’re creating. Bring your own gear or ask us to help tailor the space to your shoot. It’s designed to make content days smoother, faster, and a whole lot more fun.
