Phase 1

Creative & Technical Concept Development

Once the creative vision and preliminary technical framework are locked in, And the requirements are confirmed, acknowledging this will guide the next phase of detailed planning and execution.

Phase 1 Proposal

This is where we work together to shape the creative vision for your event and ensure all technical elements align. Here’s what you can expect.

  • We’ll collaborate to understand your event’s goals and aesthetic, exploring different ideas and themes to develop a vision that perfectly reflects what you want to achieve.

  • Once we’ve aligned on the creative direction, we’ll create initial technical drawings and renderings. These will give you a clear picture of how the stage design, lighting, and other elements will come together.

  • After refining the designs, we’ll present the finalized creative concept, along with supporting technical drawings, for your approval. This ensures that the vision is locked in before we proceed to the next phase.

Phase 2

Production Planning & Programming

At the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear view of how everything is coming together and will be able to review the final plan before we move into execution.

This phase moves from creativity to including logistics, where we work to define how to bring the creative vision to life with specific equipment, labor, and technology.

  • We'll begin creating all visual content, such as animations, videos, and lighting cues, aligned with the approved creative direction. Our team will work to ensure every detail fits seamlessly into the overall vision.

  • We'll organize the full production schedule and secure the best crew members to bring your event to life, from lighting designers to technical directors. Every logistical detail will be covered, ensuring smooth coordination on show day.

    • Before the event, we'll conduct rehearsals to fine-tune all programming elements, ensuring the content, lighting, and stage setup work together flawlessly. This phase allows us to address any challenges and make adjustments in advance.

Phase 3

Show Execution & Ongoing Support

With our team managing every detail, you can focus on the experience while we ensure the smooth execution of your project.

With the design and plans in place, this phase focuses on the actual execution, including the setup, labor, and any ongoing needs during the event.

  • We will handle all logistics related to the equipment, including sourcing, shipping, and setup at the venue to ensure everything is ready for the show.

  • Our experienced team will be on-site to manage setup, coordinate crew, and oversee the live execution of the event, ensuring every detail aligns with the approved plan.

  • We’ll provide live support throughout the event to address any needs that arise.
