ACCESS RULES
Credentials must be worn and visible at all times
Do not share or transfer credentials
Lost credentials must be reported immediately
Unauthorized access to restricted areas will result in removal
SITE ACCESS POINTS
All entry points will be staffed with security
Bags and equipment are subject to inspection
Access points may vary by role and time of day
Live Nation COI Requirement All vendors are required to complete and submit the Live Nation Certificate of Insurance requirements prior to the event.If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact Charles at Charles@vueshowdesign.com, and he will connect you with the appropriate Live Nation team member for support.

ONSITE RECEIVING
All items will be held at the designated receiving area
Vendors are responsible for retrieving and transporting their own materials to their assigned location unless otherwise arranged
PRODUCTION GUIDELINES
All sponsors are required to participate in load-in and load-out within their assigned time windows.
All sponsors, vendors, and staff must wear visible working credentials at all times while onsite.
Access is limited to designated areas. VIP and backstage spaces require proper credentials—no exceptions.
All sponsors and vendors are expected to represent the event with professionalism. Please treat all guests with respect and courtesy. Any issues should be reported immediately to the nearest event staff or security team.
SECURITY
In the event of important announcements, all LED screens and PA systems will display and broadcast official messaging.
WEATHER ALERTS
Inclement weather is in the area. Please standby for further instructions.
Due to weather conditions, operations may be delayed. Please step away from elevated structures and equipment.
Performances may be paused or delayed. Please remain calm and follow staff guidance.
In the event of severe weather, please proceed calmly to the nearest exit or designated shelter area.
SECURITY ALERTS
A performance delay has been implemented due to an operational or safety concern. Please standby for updates.
A security incident has been reported. Please remain in place and await further instructions.
If evacuation is required, please calmly proceed to the nearest exit as directed by staff and security.

Rain or Shine Event
Keith Lee’s Familee Day is a rain or shine event. Our team actively monitors weather conditions before and throughout the festival to help ensure the safest and best possible experience for all guests, staff, vendors, and partners.
In the event of severe weather, festival operations may be delayed, paused, adjusted, or temporarily suspended for safety reasons.

at all times during the event.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Light Rain
The festival will generally continue as scheduled during light rain.
Most performances, activations, food vendors, and attractions will remain operational. Guests are encouraged to bring:
Ponchos
Rain jackets
Comfortable footwear
Please use caution while walking throughout the festival grounds.
Heavy Rain
During periods of heavier rain:
Some attractions or activities may temporarily pause
Schedule adjustments may occur
Staff may redirect guests to covered areas
Ground conditions may become slippery or muddy
Festival staff will continue providing updates through screens and announcements.
Lightning & Severe Weather
Guest safety is our top priority.
If lightning or severe weather is detected near the festival grounds:
Outdoor performances may pause immediately
Activations and attractions may temporarily close
Guests may be directed toward designated shelter locations
Certain festival areas may be temporarily evacuated
Activities will resume once conditions are determined safe by festival operations and safety personnel.
Please follow all staff instructions calmly and immediately during weather holds.

Avoid standing near temporary structures, fencing, truss systems, or trees
Remain patient while weather conditions are evaluated
Emergency updates will be communicated through:

FAN COMFORT & PREPAREDNESS
We recommend guests prepare for changing weather conditions by bringing:
Ponchos or light rain jackets
Comfortable closed-toe shoes
Weather-appropriate clothing

Refillable water bottles if permitted
Please note:
Umbrellas may be restricted in certain viewing areas for safety and visibility reasons.

Festival operations will resume as soon as conditions are safe
Our team will work hard to minimize interruptions and keep guests informed throughout the day.

System: Metal Barricade Type 5 (Standard Bike Rack Barricades)
Dimensions & Fit:
Designed to fit standard Type 5 metal barricades (~6.5'–7' wide x ~3.5'–4' tall)
Covers should be produced as slip-over sleeves (“pillowcase style”) or panel wraps with secure tie points
Material:
8–10 oz Mesh Vinyl (preferred for outdoor/wind)
13 oz Scrim Vinyl (optional for solid look, low-wind areas only)
UV printed, weather-resistant, anti-curl
Finishing:
Reinforced hems on all sides
Velcro closures OR stitched sleeves for slip-over install
If panel style:
Grommets every 12–18 inches

Size: 50’ Wide x 6’ Tall
Material:
Mesh Vinyl (8–10 oz) – REQUIRED for outdoor use
Scrim vinyl only if installed in protected / low-wind areas
Finishing:
Hems on all sides (1–2”)
Grommets every 12–18 inches along all edges
Reinforced corners strongly recommended
Optional: Pole pockets (top/bottom) if required for specific install
Artwork Setup:
Document size: 600” x 72” (50’ x 6’)
Include 1–2” bleed
Keep all critical content within 3–4” safe margin
CMYK color mode
Raster images minimum 100–150 DPI at full scale
Seaming:
Banner will require panel seaming due to size
Ensure seams are:
Cleanly aligned
Positioned away from key logos/text when possible
