Content Submission

Our team will accept pixel-mapped content submissions through March 20.

If your segment includes timecode files, audio tracks, or playback elements, please upload them through the Content Delivery folder.

Submission Instructions:

1. Create a folder in the shared drive titled with your artist/segment name.

2. Upload all files related to your performance into that folder.

3. Ensure all assets needed for playback are included (video, audio, timecode, notes, etc.).

Programming & Testing

The screens team will program all visual content in advance and verify playback during your scheduled sound check.

Lighting will also be programmed based on any creative references or materials you provide, so please include those with your submission if applicable.

Show Operation

Our production team will operate and run all performances during the event to maintain consistency with the show’s broadcast format.

Creative Direction & Notes

If there are specific cues, visual moments, transitions, or creative direction for your segment, please include those notes with your content submission. The more context we have, the better we can support your performance.

Collaboration

This show is being produced as a broadcast-style production. Guest Lighting Directors and VJs are welcome to consult with our team, and we’re happy to collaborate to help bring your segment to life.
